Great Flavor

Real bacon has an amazing flavor.  Homemade bacon has even better flavor than the store bought bacon.

How can that be? Because you make it the way you want.  And it can be cheaper than store bought bacon.  So both better flavor and less expensive. That is the best of both worlds!

Pork belly, pork loin, or whatever cut of meat you want to cure,

Bacon Cure #1 is exactly what you need.

And Bacon Cure #1 is safer.  You know that the right amount of each ingredient is correctly balanced. You know the right things in the proper balance are what you are using.

So less worry, less cost, better taste.  The choice is easy.  Bacon Cure #1!

Nothing is easier to make and more fun to eat!  A measuring spoon, a seal-able bag, and your refrigerator is all you need to get started.  Flavors you choose.  Sweet Honey, Brown Sugar, Savory Pepper, any or all of them are at your finger tips.

Easy to Make

How easy is it to make bacon? About as easy as storing leftovers in your refrigerator! When you don't have to worry about getting all the ingredients mixed just right or if what you are using is really the right thing, curing meat is a snap.

All you need is to know the actual weight of your meat, then measure out Bacon Cure #1 at one level tablespoon per pound of meat.  That's one level tablespoon per 450 grams of pork belly or pork loin.  Rub over all of the outside, put the meat in a bag, and put it in your refrigerator.  You are making great bacon.  How simple is that?

Once every day or two, turn the bag over.  After 7 days, you have bacon.  Rinse it off, soak it in clean water if you don't want less salt, and you can finish it in your stove oven or even toaster oven.

And the flavor is so good!  Your family and friends will be amazed at how much better your bacon tastes than other bacon they have had.
